We offer 32oz (1 Liter) growler fills, fresh off the tap in our tasting room, for off-premise consumption only.
Our growler bottles are sold at a one-tme cost of $5, which are then yours to keep and refill. Fill prices will vary depending on cider style. Growlers are non-refundable/non-exchangable/non-returnable. All sales are final.
An unopened growler can last up to seven days. We suggest finishing a growler in one to two days after it has been opened.
We want every sip from your growler to be amazing. Therefore, we will not fill any growlers that present any smells or physical appearance of being dirty, damaged or unsafe. We will refuse filling growlers that do not appear to be cleaned or rinsed properly.
· Thoroughly rinse growler with very hot water, immediately after emptying
· Allow growler to air dry completely
· Store unsealed
We offer our kegs to the public, based on availability. Please inquire at least two weeks in advance.
Thank you for considering Far From The Tree as a part of your celebration. If you have not visited our tasting room, please do so before inquiring about hosting an event here, as space is limited to 50 people.
We have limited availability for private events due to our regular tasting room hours but are happy to discuss flexibility for your specific event.
Rental fee for the tasting room is dependent on seasonality and day of the week. Rental rate is for the room only and does not include cider. There is a cider purchase minimum dependent on the number of guests.
The Far From The Tree Tasting Room is dog friendly. All dogs visiting the tasting room must be well behaved and leashed at all times. Far From The Tree is not liable for any incidents that may occur on premise.
Small snacks are available for purchase (nuts, beef jerky, etc.) and we are always trying to expand our food options. You are welcome to bring in outside food or order delivery, as well. Please be respectful of our space and clean up after yourselves. Check our Events Calendar for upcoming food truck and pop up events.
Any further inquiries to any of the above may be directed to Jen at email@example.com.
Our production facility is located in the brick building next to our tasting room. We’ve been making cider in our production facility since January 2014 and supplying package stores, bars and restaurants in Massachusetts. We opened the tasting room in August 2015 to showcase our innovative ciders and create a connection with our customers and community.
We currently do not offer tours of our production facility. Our tasting room staff is more than happy to answer all of your questions on our cider making process.
